These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ShareHall (the "Service"), a self-hosted social media scheduling and publishing application. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ShareHall lets you connect your own third-party social media accounts, compose content, and schedule or publish that content to those accounts. ShareHall acts on your behalf and only with the authorization you grant through each platform's official login (OAuth).
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
When you connect an account from a third-party platform (for example TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, or LinkedIn), your use of that platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content and activity comply with each connected platform's rules. ShareHall is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.
You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to that content and that publishing it does not violate any law or third-party right. You are solely responsible for the content you schedule and publish.
You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to violate any connected platform's policies, to send spam, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ShareHall does not guarantee that scheduled content will be delivered without interruption or error, including where a connected platform's API is unavailable, rate-limited, or changes its behavior.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShareHall and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect any connected account. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service where required to protect the Service, its users, or to comply with law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@sharehall.app.
